Did you know eggs help sharpen your brain? It's true! Eggs have vitamin D, which is good for your gray matter and hard to get from food. And they have something called choline that helps the nerve cells (neurons) in your brain talk to each other. https://t.co/HtA71subjM https://t.co/IVdFaA9Y61

Water intoxication
Is it bad that I've drank a large bubble tea (chocolate milk) a fruit suit, half a small apple juice and half a bottled juice. I'm worried about water intoxication, is this possible?

The pure irony of bullies.
I'm Asian American and the last few month have been rough for my mental health, but especially the last few weeks. I point out saying I'm Asian American because I think it'll give you context to some of the things I'm currently fearing and worried about. A few weeks ago, I spoke about my fears. I spoke about why I was stressed about the state of the things happening. I received a lot of messages along the lines of "what makes you think you're marginalized?" "what makes you think you're going through anything?" I mean, all I have to say to that is model minority, but that's for your own education and time. The irony of it all is when you look at these people's profiles, they speak about their own experiences of bullying, how they felt being unheard and scared. How come you have the right to have fears, but I don't? What gives you the right to dampen my worries, when they're not your experiences? The hypocrisy is loud.
