Giving social accounts to new owner

My restaurant was purchased this year and I need to transfer the Facebook and Instagram accounts to the new owner. Trouble is, the Facebook business page/ user name is linked to my personal Facebook page, and I have no idea how to separate them without giving up my personal page. I’ve googled and checked Facebook FAQ, but cannot find an exact answer to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am currently studying finance but don’t want to work for the financial sector. So I have been thinking of just opening a small cafe where people can come do shrooms or smoke marijuana and just relax. What would I need in order to get this started. I am from South Africa.
