Cheap Stock lot clothing of famous brands

Hey, I was thinking of selling stock lot clothing of famous brands in a very cheap price, which I get access due to my family connections. I am from Bangladesh. As you know, we are one of the biggest producer of clothing. My father in law has a huge business but we don't know any foreign buyers so most of the time we use third party who buys clothing from us and sells to outside of country. We have access of famous branded clothings like H&M, polo, Eagle,Next and many more in a very cheap price. I can share samples. I was wondering if here is anyone available who are interested to buy the clothes (wholesale) and we can build a great business partnership. This is just an idea, which I need some review and feedback. Thank you.

How do you handle charging late fees?

I'm looking for how you handle charging clients late fees. Do you charge a flate rate? A percentage of the total charge? ​ I know many of us sadly live in fear of angering clients since we rely on them to stay in business, but has anyone figured out a simple/elegant solution to charging late fees for past due invoices? Obviously the best way is to get everything in writing beforehand so there's nothing to argue about, but looking for solutions people are using with success. I narrowly missed this situation, and would like to be prepared should it come up in the future. Thanks!

Why should I open a separate specific business bank account? Why not just keep my separate checking account, personal and then my business one.

Maybe I am missing something here. The only thing I can think of is the official businesses account will be under the LLC and will help in liability or if I need to declare bankruptcy. Is that why?

Like the title says I am looking for a scraping tool that can scrape leads from the website. I offer a small service to Real Estate agents and it would be great if I can scrape the information and then save it as a CSV to filter it out later. Any leads would be appreciated. How do you track your time as a business owner in order to optimize? I am looking at Toggl, but I would love anything that would automatically track time when I am using a specific program Photoshop. Anyone know how to do this?

Best way to build investment capital

New to the stocks and me and a couple buddies of mine decided to put $100 into investments and see who made the most on the original investment in a year. Now I understand basic math so I know the more you put in the more you stand to gain. So my question is should I be putting 20, 30 dollars in a couple companies I think should be successful over the next year, or should I be taking the couple of dollars profit I make over a couple of days so I can be investing larger amounts. Can any one recommend a good text communication app for businesses? Ideally one that's not super expensive. We have a land line that forwards voice calls to my cell phone but I don't want to text from my personal cell number.
