Is there a company that makes smart/NFC business cards that send people directly to your website without passing through their servers?
Let’s be honest, we don’t know if Popl or Vice are gonna be around in 10 years. Instead of having the NFC chip and QR code send people to their servers to see all my info I would rather have a card that send people directly to my website. Is there any company that offers this + a custom design? Thank you!

Last year, for the first time, people spent more money buying classic and collectible cars online than they did in person. Car-buying website Bring a Trailer sold $829 million worth of vehicles in 2021, easily beating the highest live auction sales totals by a quarter-billion dollars. The trend has been building over the past few years: before the pandemic, only die-hard car bros were buying used and collectible cars online; now it’s the default for enthusiasts and newbies looking to acquire a dream car. Buying online isn’t for the faint of heart. Tap the link in bio for our breakdown of the pros and cons — plus eight tips to make sure your investment is the right one for you. (via bloombergpursuits)

How & How Much to pay my sole employee
Hi there, I have very little business experience but I suddenly have a new business that's off to a great start. It's a group tutoring business. I'm the owner and head-teacher of all the classes and there is one other employee. I'm not sure how much ( or even how - hourly, salary, percentage of profits, etc), is fair to pay her. Looking for advice. Her role & responsibilities: 1. Light Graphic Design Work for our ads and social media design. 2. Our main contact person. She is handling 90% of email and phone calls with customers. 3. She is my assistant in the classroom. Helping with classroom management (students are kids) She's fantastic! So I want to make sure she's compensated well. At the same time, I do all the curriculum work and teaching, the appeal of the classes/product to customers is me - the business works because parents and kids love my teaching style, and I handle all the expenses. That's it for now. Sorry for the long post! Cheers!

Should I scrape the data for my marketplace?
I’m going to launch a marketplace where e-comm brands can find top photo & video content creators for their next photoshoots. I’m going to start from a simple directory with talent profiles that have social links, a bio, and a few portfolio images. I manually found over 200 talents (preferably on IG) who have great portfolios. Should I email each of them to ask permission to add their info to my directory? Or just add all of them without permission and start sharing a link with brands who try to find e-comm content creators? I'm asking this question from a moral perspective to avoid shady practices, not from a legal one. Appreciate your answers.

Bonus Structure
How do I come up with a formula/percentage for distributing bonuses between employees? I am setting aside a small percentage of our sales. We only have 3 employees; a manager, low skill worker and a casual highly skilled worker.

P/T employee was injured off the job and cannot work.
Is he eligible for unemployment? This is my first time navigating this situation. I know I have to provide disability info to the employee. But since they are still technically employed with us, are they legally able to collect unemployment? Does it change their employment status? I definitely want to do whatever possible to support them… just a bit confused. Any help is appreciated! (NYC business)

How to train staff for my small business start up? Home health agency
Hello, Im starting a home health agency and i was wondering how to train the psws. I dont have any clients so i cannot do in home training. I also dont have an office (im working out of my home) so ideally modules and education would occur online. Renting a space is not really an option because the turn over rate for PSWs is high, i will always be hiring and training staff. Please advise.
