How can I get rid of extra inventory from a prior business?

What ways are there to sell off the rest of your remaining inventory from a business that is not operational anymore? Craigslist? FB groups? Calling local places? The items in question are hair extensions so no expiration date, and the remaining inventory isn’t much, around 100 or so. What has worked for you??

Loans

Is it fairly normal to meet with several different banks before getting an SBA? I am planning on sitting down with loan agents at about 3 banks but not sure if that is the norm. Thanks for the insight!

If I’m a small business owner with 1 employee, could I use FormSwift to create a Paystub/ W2 for the employee?

I’m a small business owner in the process of hiring my first employee. Could I use FormSwift to create Paystubs/ W2s for the employee? Assuming I use another program like Quickbooks to do the Payroll related things?

I’ve recently started a mystery football box business. Any advice?

There is plenty of football mystery boxes on the market. However mines a bit different as i have 3 different product’s which contain a different amount of items. Each box comes with a shirt and program guaranteed and other football merchandise depending on which product the customer buys. The customer can choose between a 3x/4x/5x item box. Im struggling with ideas on how to market I’ve bought some business cards and paid a little bit towards facebook advertising but only had 3 orders two of which are my brothers🤣 Any idea on how to market my website would be greatly appreciated. Heres the website if any one wanted to check it out, footyboxuk.com Thanks Harrison

How to Start a Clothing Database?

I own a thrift store, and I'm trying to find a database creator that will work for my specific needs, but haven't found much so far because they mostly focus on customer data, not creating a large intricate database of stuff. Basically what I want is to be able to add a brand, and then add the types of clothing they make, then add the price range the company sells each type of clothing for, and then I'd like to add a range of what we would sell it for. I'd also like to be able to add a picture of the items I get so over time there'd be a lot of examples of stuff, making it much faster to price stuff. Does anyone know of a database creator that could do something like this?

How to deal with a long time customer being upset because you didn’t use their service?

We have a long time (10+ years) customer who is upset that we didn’t buy AC unit for our house from them. They own a residential HVAC business. We instead chose our commercial HVAC company since they’re done a great job and came in $5k cheaper. He said that they would do a better job, etc. He also said “I want you to consider our support for you for a long time.” That last line hit me hard. Now I wonder if I made a mistake to save $5k. They spend around $1500 a month with us. Any advice?

Automation of email followups?

I have projects that follow the same path, and theres a few steps where I need something from a manufacurer/outside entity. They are often really bad about getting me the information I need in a timely manner and I am trying to be more efficient with managing them. I will email them in Outlook and say "Hey I need this thing by this date" then they have to do a bunch of stuff in the background. Typically they will send me that thing by the date I indicate, but often times they will just completely mess up. So I wanted to try to automate this: 1. Send my email 2. If they do not reply to my email within a day, send a followup 3. If they reply but its not actually a useful reply, keep following up Is there a tool either integrated with Outlook or external that could do somethign like this?

How do I handle not having a storefront for my phone repair business?

Hello, for the last few months I have been building up a business based on repairing phones and other electronics. I have done the market research for my area, and there is a good demand for this service for my business to have a chance of success. Currently my plan is to wait to rent a storefront until I gain a sufficient revenue to offset the rent. The problem I have now is running this business without a storefront, as I am concerned it will turn customers away from doing business with me. Currently I am considering two options: run it from my garage, or purchase a van and run it as a mobile repair business. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I should go about this?

Advice for my small business please!

I have a local contracting company here in Austin and am looking for temp labor for a big job. Here's the problem I'm facing: I called multiple labor agencies for workers and no one will supply workers that will be going over 6ft on a ladder. These current projects have 2- 3 stories where people will need to climb an extension ladder to reach certain points on buildings. We've always been a small business with only a few employees but now need labor for these 2 large projects. Is there a way to temporarily add someone to our insurance? Is there an agency that supplies people covered to work on a ladder?

Can anyone review my idea? (starting a premium courses community)

Hey!! So, few days ago I thought of creating a community where i will post all the premium courses which I bought (some of them are from group buy) in my entire life and post them on a discord or any other platform then sell the access for cheap one time fees. so that you dont have to buy any expensive course again. This community will include courses like: Agency navigator Billy wilson courses sell like serhant Alex berman courses all courses from Iman Gadzhi and many more (almost 50+ USEFUL courses only, no BS, no scam) and also i will post update of all courses. so guys I need your help, if anyone is intrested in this idea then please DM me oe send me a e-mail, and also suggest me good platform to create a proper group where users can access all courses.
