Any cheap online options for Payroll? ADP alternatives?
I am signing a contract and I will have 6 employees. I have never had more than 1, and my revenues will 10x very soon (a good problem, I understand). Does anyone recommend an electronic solution for payroll and employee scheduling and management? This is for clinical/hospital work. I am happy to use a payroll software that is separate from scheduling as well. Thank you in advance

Anyone having hard time finding employees?
I run a fast food top franchise QSR and I can't seem to find anyone despite me paying $14 starting. Someone of them will start and leave / no show. It's getting very exhausting. Any idea what to do other than posting on job boards?

Dumb business idea
I have a dumb business idea which I could see actually being successful. Here’s the idea: custom book covers for the wrong book so you appear smart or conceal what you’re reading. Examples: 50 Shades of Grey but with Crime and Punishment as the cover. You could even use this for states that are trying to ban books by giving the banned books the wrong cover (like some Christian book cover on a banned book) so students can ready whatever they want safely. I know you could just take the cover off of another book and put it on the one you want to read but you’d have to buy the other book to acquire the jacket, also it wouldn’t necessarily fit the book you’re trying to read. In this case you’d send the dimensions of your book and a custom jacket would be made that fit your book with whatever other book you want on the cover. Also relatively inexpensive business to operate just requires a decent printer and high quality paper.

Hands on or absentee owner?
Curious as to the type of businesses that require owners to be hands on, and the type of businesses in which the owner can be more in the background.

Have over much more than $100k at US Bank, should I be concerned about the recent bank failures?
Looking for advice, my business has a good chuck of money pass through it, I receive and pay from a checking account at US Bank. Sometimes its much higher than 100k. Considering the banking failures, I had some concerns about this and my liabilities. Thanks.

Need Some Feedback On My Idea
I run a software company, Iv'e been in business awhile We have a platform that's like ConstantContact and Mailchimp but way cooler. Anyways, we just developed a new feature where we can place a tracking pixel on a business website and collect contact info from anonymous visitors so the business can retarget them with automated emails, text messages, voicemail drops, and even automated postcard mailers with our software. So even if someone just looks at the website and leaves without calling or filling out a form or anything, we can get their contact info and retarget them with marketing. My thinking is if someone visits your website, there's obviously some level of interest, and it would make sense to stay in front of them. My question is, is this even something business owners would want or are we wasting our time? Wanted to do a little market research before we start dropping money on advertising and stuff like that. Would love your thoughts. Thanks!

Recommendations on portable air conditioner for a small fast food kitchen?
Our built-in commercial air conditioner doesn't make enough cool air, and we desperately need an extra air conditioner for our kitchen. Is there a portable air conditioner that wouldn't use excess electricity? I don't want to end up paying $$$ for running an airconditioner. Thanks in advance!

Getting approved for a business credit card without ever having a personal credit card
Last month, I changed from a sole proprietor to an LLC and started my small business full-time. During a talk with my CPA, they told me to get a business credit card and bank account, but I never had a personal credit card. I have a 710 credit score (paying rent, student loans, etc). I am getting a personal credit card this week, but what should I do to get approved for a business credit card? I was denied by Chase. I feel pretty lost without many financially literate small business friends and would love any guidance! Thank you.

Im losing 30-40k a week in revenue from Facebook / Meta hack but they seem to be locked out of their own codebase?
I own an automotive after market business and do pretty well with fb/ig ads. We had 2fa on my personal account with text and authenticator app, but somehow the hacker was able to take over my personal account and thus the business and ads manager that was associated with it still. We know a couple high level people at Meta through family and they have been trying to help but the hacker was able to re hack the account each time they rolledback the user permissions and re added a new user with new email. Ive never seen this before where the hacker has some sort of script that automatically locks us out. It's almost like he has a private key that allows him / her to hack the account even Meta is unable to do anything about. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have tips? At this rate we will have to start laying off people and im very stressed since these people have families and have been at the company for quite some time.

Who do you use for your business insurance?
Starting a small business. It is pretty unique and it fits none of the options in the on line pull-down menus of any of the web-based insurance brokers. Getting referred round and round. Any insight would be most appreciated.

USPS say they are too busy to pick up from our business and want us to drop everything off. Anybody else having this issue?
USPS was always good about picking up picking up from us, but then we stopped using then for a year. Now we would like to use them again they say they are too busy. Is this a thing? At the moment we are having an employee drive everything about 15m away. Thanks.

Seeking Feedback on a Revolutionary Customer Testimonial Product
Hi there! I'm a software engineer working at a FAANG company, and I'm considering leaving my job to pursue a new idea for a customer testimonial product that could transform the way e-commerce businesses use customer feedback. I believe my product has the potential to be better than the competition, but I need your help to validate my idea. If you're an e-commerce business owner, I would love to hear about your experiences and pain points when it comes to collecting and using customer feedback. Your insights and feedback could help me better understand the needs of the e-commerce community and how my product can help businesses like yours increase sales and grow. I'm excited about the potential of this idea, but I want to make sure it's truly valuable to the e-commerce community before I make any big moves. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback!

Anyone have experience with Marketing agencies that guarantee new clients…
Hi everyone, I ended up calling a marketing agency from a Instagram that guaranteed that I would have 15+ warm leads in my inbox every month. They build the website, funnel, Facebook page. I commit to paying them their monthly agency fee and Facebook ads, does this sound too good to be true? I was thinking if it was a scam, they can literally just have random people call me. Your thoughts and experiences are greatly appreciated.
