How to charge labor rate and man hours

I just can't seem to find this answer So I know my labor rate. Let's just say it's $60 A project will take 5 hours to complete for one person. If I send a 2nd person. Then it will be half the time. So does that mean it's 10 man hours and charge $60. That would be 10 x 60 = $600. Or Charge for 5 hours. So 5 x 60 = $300 My confusion is that it's still 5 hours of work for both but it's taking them less time. That is where I am confused 🤔. Does that sound right?

Tacos rojos, a regional specialty in Mexico that is little known stateside, are defined by their intensely flavorful, brick-red chile-tomato salsa. ⠀ ⠀ In this recipe, queso fresco brings richness and tang to the vegetarian carrot-potato filling. Pan-fried until lightly crisped, topped with more cheese, shredded cabbage, onions and sour cream, their 30-minute cooking time makes them doable any night of the week.⠀ ⠀ Get the full recipe at the link in our bio.⠀ ⠀ 📷: chelsealouisekyle for wsjoffduty

HELP-taking over a small business

Long story short- I’ve worked at this local pizza restaurant since high school/college and the owner is ready to get out of the business and asked me if I wanted it. The owner cannot sell since he’s going through a divorce but is willing to write up a contract until everything is finalized. I will be doing all the work and he will collect a certain % per month. That being said, what do you think a fair amount of % would be to split? What type of business partnership would I need or do I even need one? Thank you

Should I hold or sell and invest in better stocks?

I am currently invested in BB, APXT, FCEL, GNOG, ATOS, GSAT, and SENS. At my peak I was up over 100% on three of these and was up about 60% on my profilo in total in the span of 5 months. I was on top of the world. I am now down 8% all time as the market had a major pullback and many penny stocks and some companies have just been slowly going down. I lost it all and more. I should have taken profit but I didn’t and learned a lesson. I’m 20. Anyways, so you think I should hold or sell and just reinvest into better companies? I just don’t want to be holding for two years and not make any money while I could make it all back by reinvesting in better more grounded companies. I feel like some of these companies I invested in have some good things going for them but I mostly bought in due to hype. I feel like in some sense I’m losing out on money when I could be reinvesting elsewhere and making money..
