Airbnb revealed what it’s calling its “biggest change in a decade.” Beyond modifications to its user interface and nifty new bells and whistles, it’s also addressing one of the company’s greatest pain points: poor consumer protections for guests. Airbnb will now offer a substantial set of satisfaction guarantees for guests and is staffing up an army of customer service agents to deliver on them. Tap the link in bio for the full story. What do effective Small Business owners use to keep track of to do lists?
I'm drowning in to-dos! My default is to email myself things that I need to do and use my email inbox as a to do list, but it just gets longer and longer and longer. What do you use that works for you to add and keep track of and be reminded of things you need to do? Do you use the same or something else to track things for/with employees? Thanks!

Is there a reviews site worth using?
I'm considering setting up for a reviews site I can get my customers to post on, but I could also just collect and post trhe reviews myself (which would be free). Just thought I'd ask around if there were any recommended options. It would have to be one where I could display the reviews / score on my website somehow.

● With the average U.S. mortgage rate above 5% and home prices at record highs, homeownership feels increasingly out of reach, particularly for young, first-time buyers. ● To make it work, some are renting out rooms or basements and using the extra income to help offset their costs. ● The practice, which has long been accepted in the U.K. and other European countries, is spreading to the U.S., where the number of buyers who considered renting out a portion of their homes for rental income rose to 31% in 2021 from 24% two years earlier. ● Click the link in our bio for the full story.
