Started a thrift store, recieved too many items. How to organize inventory?

I've started a thrift store and received over 5000 items which has been very overwhelming. I'm not sure how to manage the inventory or organize the logistics in the event i would have to ship out items as well. Are there any recommendations for how to process the items or keep it organized? My location has about 900 square feet of back warehousing space. Why don't more thrift stores sell online? (does anyone have personal experiences)

How would you promote a dump trailer rental business?

I've worked out the financials and I think a dump trailer business will work well in my area. Because I'm bootstrapping, I'm going small. There are some customer advantages to that (such as not having to lift junk over your head, preventing driveway damage, as well as price). I have an old truck but I haven't purchased the dump trailer yet. How would you recommend I hustle to get my name out and get my first few clients? I've got a few ideas, such as a free neighborhood cleanup project, but most of them would really require the trailer. What are your ideas?

AMC, Regal, and Cinemark will no longer require fully vaccinated guests to wear face masks. The movie chains' guidelines are in line with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) updated recommendations: Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals, while they are "strongly encouraged" for everyone else. For patrons who are not vaccinated, masks can be removed while eating and drinking. Employees will still be required to wear a mask. The theater chains will also continue to practice coronavirus safety measures including social distancing and reduced capacity. Go to the link in our bio for more on this story.

What are you paying for card processing?

Looking for specifically "card not present" rates for established merchant providers. We're considering accepting payment from a large client and they want to use a virtual credit card. This would be far less riskier to the bank than a simple one time e-commerce transaction I would think. I'm making some calls Tuesday and I was hoping to know where I should be in terms of fees. I'm paying just under 4% right now and I feel that's very high. I don't really want to take a 4% cut in gross revnue from this client.
