Rather than trying to persuade people to do something, get them to persuade themselves. Here are three ways to do that. https://t.co/HrVgXyzKox

I feel like a failure!
I started a small coffee shop and our sales aren't where it needs to be. I am running low on money and feel like an absolute failure. I don't understand why. We have advertised on social media, partnered with the school board for discounts for the faculty members, gave out flyers to the apartments in walking distance to us. Etc. We are improving our menu and making our store more visible per customer suggestions, but I don't think I can do anything else. We have great reviews on Google so I know its not our drinks or service. I'm just confused and feel like I'm not worthy.

What am I doing wrong?
My partner and I have been side hustling for a few years and things are going well. We've recently gotten a good bit of seed money and want to lease a commercial space. I'm getting a lot more push back from landlord brokers and commercial real estate agents than I expected because the business is so informal in its current state. I would really appreciate some guidance for what I should be doing to start up. Getting a commercial space is our current top priority but there seem to be some steps we need to take first. Send help!
