niche industries with a lot of snobs who will overpay?
I'm trying to think up a list of different snob heavy industries like coffee, beer/whiskey/wine, cigars. But I'm also trying to think of more obscure ones, where hand made small batch is crucial for the snobbery. This could be like fly fishing lures, handmade knives, maybe olive oils, herbs or edible flowers/micro greens/mushrooms of rare cultivars. Anyone have any ideas, I know it's pretty specific yet obscure
