Relocation Agency to a foreign country
Hello! I would like your opinion on my business idea. I am from Mexico and lately a lot if Americans (and some Europeans) have been moving to Mexico due to the low cost of living, cheap property prices and great weather. But moving to a foreign country can be very difficult, specially when you don’t speak the language, so I’ve been thinking about starting an agency to help those foreigners move here, to help them with the immigration papers, housing, schools, gym memberships, etc. What do you think? Do you have any suggestions?

bank wouldn't deposit my paycheck today. Why?
So I work for a small business ran by my aunt and uncle. Usually we use the square app for my paychecks but something went wrong so they've been cutting me paper checks from their business account and taking the taxes out manually. The last few weeks has been no issue. However when I went into my bank today (same bank the buisness goes through as well) to cash my check the clerk pulled the manager over and were both looking at my check. Then the manager says "there's nothing we can do with this check today, but you can try again tomorrow" when I asked what the problem was they just said they couldn't tell me due to "customer confidentiality" The only thing I can think of is in the memo line it says "payroll ending in 6\3\2022 (today's date) beaches I get paid weekly for the current weeks work. Could it be since the memo said the pay period ended today they couldn't cash the check today?

a question about long term pricing/plans
I am single with no kids and work for myself full time. When I started my business, I had a plan to provide the absolute best quality service in my area at the cheapest price. I did that in hopes of acquiring the competitor's clients and I didn't mind working my butt of to do that (anything was better than waiting tables). Over the past few years I have done that. I still provide the best service in the area, still the cheapest and have the majority of the clients in my area. Most of my competitors are no longer here. If I bring my prices up to my competitors, I will still be providing a more quality service. Do I get greedy and charge what my service is worth or simply charge what my competitors are charging? If I charge what I'm worth and raise my prices close to the end of this year, I'll be going from about 65k in 2021 to possibly 120k in 2023 (this year so far I've brought in 38k). I'm not sure what I'm asking. Maybe just some sort of guidance.

Looking to buy a manufacturing business. How can I prepare?
I’m looking to purchase a manufacturing, industrial automation, or machine building business. I’ve got 5 years engineering experience and 2 years of sales/business development in the industrial automation industry. As far as assets go I’m at roughly $300,000, I’ll be building toward 400 this year. The plan is to look for the right fit and a good business over the next year or so. There is a great deal I don’t know about running a business as most my experience has been in engineering, sales, and distributor management. How can I best prepare myself to succeed? What are the biggest pitfalls you’ve encountered and where were your biggest success? Also as a side note, I’m in Indiana, but could easily relocate to other parts of the Midwest or South East. Thank you for your time and input, I know it’s valuable!

Product label at home printing advice
Hey all! I currently use a third party to print labels for my products, but I’m thinking about investing in equipment to print them at home to save on shipping time and have more control over quantities/etc. Most my product labels are wrap arounds, around the 2x4” to 3x6” range, so I don’t need anything especially large. Anyone have any recommendations based on your experiences? Or any thoughts on streamlining labeling your products? I linked a brother printer I was considering: https://www.amazon.com/Brother-VC-500W-Versatile-Wireless-Networking/dp/B07KWW7RH6/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=Product+Label+Printer&qid=1654287603&sr=8-3

Google Admin for employee email account
Long story short, I control our companies Google Admin account for our company email addresses. We just had to fire one of our employees for misconduct. I am trying to get access to his work email account, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I tried suspending it and then changing the password and logging into it, but it is linked to his phone number, so it sends him a verification code (which obviously we can't get from him). Is there another way to go about getting access to his email account? TIA

LLC but only doing business in one state
My friend is living in Georgia and will have family doing business only in Mississippi. She knows she has to register as a LLC in Mississippi, which is fine. Does she need to also register as a LLC in Georgia? Since she is the owner and lives there?
