Marketing Question

For those who have experience growing their small start up business using advertising, this question is for you. I started a small CPR certification business and have made some professional business cards and brochures. While I have been somewhat steady with clientele, I would like to gather more interest to hold full classes instead of 2-4 people at a time. Here is my question: I want to target healthcare offices and daycares as the employees are required by law to have CPR. Is it better to walk door to door trying to sell myself with brochures and an in-person approach, or is it better to just send professional emails out?

Solo Marketing Agency

I am at the stage where I would like to hire someone else for my agency. My clients primarily hire me to focus on linkedin content and profile writing, resume writing, landing page copy, and other misc. content marketing. I have a pretty strong brand, and great testimonials. My problem is right now, those are all entirely me- and not my agency. So how do others bring on talent to help expand their business or agency while also not losing the charm (or even the main reason a potential client contacts me) of that individuals work history? I know the simple thing is to be picky with who I hire. But I’d love to still be apart of the prospecting/ initial back and forth and even kick off calls but at one point during the call say, but hey person x is going to be your point person to the client. What do you think? Am I just in my head, and I’m not as important to this role as I think I am?

Most people don’t work in isolation. So instead of prioritizing individual productivity, more organizations should prioritize productivity at the system level. https://t.co/MzRmVhU59l
