How do these companies legally pay them? These virtual assistant types Is it all 1099? Do they need to have some sort of legal paperwork or something?

How do you make sure you are skilled enough to take a small side business full time?

For instance if you outsourcing lawn mowing work to another small business, and as it looks like business is picking up and it is time to go full time with your own crew that deary feeling of 'I am not skilled enough to growth this. I am not ready kicks in'. How do you 'overcome' or 'validate' that you have enough skills to run the business and are ready? Do you recommend being in touch with skilled people to quell the fear(making friends with high end professional lawn care business, hiring a skilled employee to get you up to speed)?

Best stock inventory?

Hello redditors! Im trying to update our current inventory system (everything is written down). We sell bottled water and juice. We manage 2 wharehouses at the moment (the fabric and a distribution point). Got any suggestions?
