Customers insisting on paying cash for delivery, what to do?
So I deliver products from my warehouse using a third party same-day delivery service. It functions similar to Uber except drivers deliver items instead of transporting people. Here is the problem: a growing number of customers insist on paying cash, but the third party service does not allow drivers to accept cash on my behalf. They’re essentially independent contractors who pick up gigs, so they don’t return back to my warehouse after delivery is completed. Unfortunately I am caught between a rock and a hard place. I don’t have enough time to do the cash deliveries myself, but there isn’t enough volume to justify hiring a driver just yet. I’m not sure what to do, I know I’ll lose customers if I enforce this no cash policy so I’m not too fond of this option.

Renting storage space on our land for RVs, boats etc. How do we protect ourselves and what should we have in place?
We own several acres adjacent to our primary home. We've been renting space to people via neighbor.com or some directly. If they book directly with us, we have an agreement that states they waive any liability in case of damage or loss of property. Will the agreement protect us? Will our home insurance pay if something happened to someone's property stored on our land? Should we be setting up an LLC for this small side business? Any other advice? Thank you!

Do I Need a Financial Advisor, a Lawyer, an Accountant, a Virtual CFO? Which?
Situation: business inherited from deceased family, who ran it while it was in our name. Huge debts, no idea what margins are, cash flow is a dream only others can achieve. We have no savings and literally one business day's worth of cash on hand. Every month, we incur more debt we cannot possibly repay unless things changed drastically and almost instantly. We don't know enough about our business to be able to change things ourselves, we don't have the right support staff in the right places- the only thing we truly know is that we don't know enough to fix this ourselves. Who do we start looking for? What do we need? I'm aware that the business may not be salvageable.

Does anyone here have experience in running a cash heavy business?
Just curious, like one where you were making millions or hundreds of thousands in cash a month but had trouble opening a bank account?

Best reliable website builder for a new personal assistant
Hello all!, Firstly thank you for taking the time to read my message. I’m writing today for my step mother. She worked at a job for 30 years and recently got made redundant as the business moved abroad. She has a disability and is struggling to find work as work places keep failing their health and safety checks. She’s decided to start her own personal assistant business. I’ve tried Wix, Weebly and a couple others but I can’t seem to work out what’s the best and cheapest option as I know nothing about them. She’s wanting cheapest as possible and she wants to sell her services via online via her website. There’s many different plans such as website plans and business plans and I can’t send seem to understand the difference between each plan even when I look at the plan break down. Please is able to help and I would highly appreciate it?. Thankyou

Apple Inc is expanding retail operations as the United States emerges from the pandemic, betting that a combination of strategies developed before and during COVID-19 will make its stores more popular than ever, its retail chief told Reuters. Apple is doing this as the retail industry works out what the post-pandemic future will look like, including consumers who have become used to ordering almost everything online. For Apple, the answer is keeping what helped it through the pandemic, and doubling down on its pre-pandemic strategy of in-store events and experiences beyond shopping. The express counters that popped up to help customers more efficiently pick up online orders, for example, will become regular features of Apple's 500-plus stores around the world, all of which have reopened as of June 14. Single Member LLC Tax Question
Hi! Okay so I’vebeen looking for an answer but I keep reading different things regarding how my LLC/Me would be taxed. This post helped the most https://i.imgur.com/0vSHWa3.jpg So I will set aside taxes for the income from the entire company. However, I have read in a few different articles that my owners draw’s would be subjected to the 15.3% self-employment tax. Is this correct? So for a simple example: Let’s say my company makes $10,000 in one month. I set aside x% of that for taxes. I take $5,000 of that as an owners draw throughout the month. I set aside 15.3% of that $5k for self employment tax? I’m sorry I know this is a dumb question. I have just been reading so many conflicting things.

What skills can an aircraft technician learn to start a business in a different industry?
I have been an aircraft technician for the last 9 years and have now decided that I want to leave the industry. This is due to bad management, a toxic culture, and a lack of enjoyment for what I do. I want to start a business where I am on my feet all day and physically working (working in an office really doesn't appeal to me). My issue is that all of my qualifications are around aircraft engineering. What skills can I learn that will allow me to launch a business like this? Suggestions I have had so far include carpentry and plumbing?
