Need a Small Loan for 1k for business

I have fair credit score of about 670. Is there any place I could go to for a small loan of 1k or even less than that, with low interest rate as well. I have applied with some credit unions in my area as well. Online loans also work as well.

I was looking for advice for individuals in the industry in regards to employees and how to go about retention on such a sporadic schedule. Just opened up this year and quickly ran into so much business; a good problem to have I'm sure. In an effort to prevent myself from risking injury by constantly setting up tables and tents I need to hire consistent part time staff. It's unfortunate at times that some weekends are just not as busy. How do I go about hiring part timers that essentially wait on call? How to help employees adjust to AI like chatgpt, midjourney, etc?

Some of the people on my team are making big productivity improvements, while others seem more resistant to change. How can I help them keep from falling behind? I'm trying to include AI more in the company culture and workflow, but still I'm noticing a gap starting to form between those who are proactive and take initiative vs those less interested in working with AI. I'd like to keep this gap as small as possible. We are implementing few ideas like: Monthly, someone does a short presentation on how they are using AI to do their job more efficiently. We could change this to weekly, but monthly feels like a good amount for now. When brainstorming or starting a new project, we consider any role AI could play early on as a group. Any other ideas how to teach and motivate them to use AI? ​ ​

Hi there. Im based in the Uk and am interested in starting up a small business, i already sell at markets and online via ebay etc. I need funds to help me launch a website, purchase stock, advertising and to maybe give me the financial buffer i need to take it to the next level. I have a business selling a product with the exact domain name as the product. It's already getting traction on page one of Google but I haven't done any marketing or branding as I know brand > product. How do businesses (that win big) figure out the exact target audience for their products? Is it just to sign up for an account with SimliarWeb or SemRusha and check out my competitors demographic? Or for ex if my product is African Black Soap how do I find the best target audience so that I can brand in the most appropriate way to reach ppl wanting the product? Pressure washing lawn care business

Started a pressure washing business turned into lawn care as well. Need help figuring out what I'm going to do in the winter months or when it starts pouring again. VOIP phone lines

Hi! I'm looking for VoIP help! Small businesses 2-4 lines. I use vonage the VoIP has a delay sometimes the app is bad the online interface is bad. I want to move it and want good app able to call from multiple local numbers and "switch" the number I'm Calling out on. be okay with small businesses I am in the UK, I looked at 8x8 but reviews in here were bad. Any suggestions?
