Brick and Mortar ideas for really small space?
I own a small, like 570 sqft small, commercial retail building with partners on a very busy main street (car traffic). Current tenant is moving out EOY, and I've been wondering if I personally could pop something in there to benefit from being part owner already. What creative ideas might you have for a tiny retail space like this? Some info in case it helps: Market - M/HCOL with high median income. Popular neighborhoods within walking distance. Location - on Main St across from popular restaurant. Above average foot traffic compared to most areas, but not as good as the foot traffic a few blocks south. Parking - only a few spots along the Street. No off-street.

Experience closing down a business?
Hi there, I have been running a small consulting business for 5 years. I am extremely exhausted and no longer feel passionate about it. I hate being a CEO. I don't know if its really in a postion to sell or if theres interest. We haven't done super well financially lately and its less simple than a product based business. I have 14 employees. I am mainly really nervous about letting them down and how it will impact them having to look for new jobs etc. Does anyone have experience closing down a business (can include selling) and any tips they can share?

Experiencing obstacles with a new e-commerce jewellery venture. Any advice is appreciated!
I've been in the e-commerce realm for the past three years, running a successful gifting store based in India. Last year, my partner and I decided to branch out with a new store focusing on sterling silver jewellery. We sourced a supplier, set up the store, and it looked promising. However, our efforts with paid ads (Facebook and Instagram) featuring influencers' videos didn't yield the expected results. Even after changing the jewellery design, we still faced the same issues. This silver jewellery store is proving to be quite a challenge compared to my gifting store. With a significant inventory, branded boxes, and other items in place, shutting down isn't an option. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I can also share my store link if it's allowed by the mods.

Need advice on forming a new entity to purchase a business
I am in the process of purchasing a local gas station and C-store. This is my first official business that I will be forming. I need to figure out what type of business I need and get it setup so I have my EIN ready for close of escrow. I have spoken with a CPA and I've gotten various advice such as "use legal zoom" and "just do your research" and "consult an attorney to make sure you have adequate liability protection". Does anyone here have any experience with such an entity that would be willing to point me in a direction? The CPA I spoke to suggested I use an attorney because the gas station dispenses fuel.

Arbitration agreements
California employer here! Trying to fend off employees like [these](https://www.instagram.com/reel/CtxNQe4MdOX/?igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng==) is becoming a real challenge I'm sure we all face. I'm back and forth on introducing an arbitration agreement, which is now enforceable in our state. The feedback I'm getting is that it doesn't dissuade attorney's but rather encourages, creating an even more costly outcome. Your thoughts and experience are truly appreciated!

How many social media platforms do you use for business?
I know that there are a few social media platforms out there, but most persons I know seem to only use tiktok, Facebook and instagram. Do you use LinkedIn or Twitter? Do you include YouTube? If you use all how has it been? If you only use 1 or 2, why?

I will make any kind of mobile app for you. For $800.
Yes that's right. I am an app developer. I make mobile apps, both android and iOS. I developed 2 apps in past for my clients and in other cases, I made changes to their code (in simple words added functionality to their code, microservice in technical terms). I also developed an AI SaaS app (https://saasagreements.co) for myself. Lately I have been working on my startup but I need funds back again to keep em running. Here I am. I will make any kind of mobile app for you no matter iOS or Android for $800. DM me if you want app to be developed.

How to become a hospitality vendor for hospitals, universities?
I own a commercial wholesale bakery and I’m looking to expand our business. Does anyone have experience becoming a vendor of big community organizations? For example, hospitals and universities. I’m already working with one university for their events and they would be more than happy to vouch for us. Who should I target? Purchasing Managers, Chefs? Does Linkedin work for this type of networking?

Event organization + social media app
Ok so, I got hired by a startup and usually in my country (Nigeria) most startups are basically just fintech, agri tech or health tech with the hope they get acquired by some American company but their idea seems nice but idk if it will attract people. So basically you can use the app to promote your events and see other events. But first thing first js that you can follow people, follow organizers to see what events they are organizing and stuff. You can look at a map on the app and see where events are happening. But the main feature is what I think it's either a big miss or hit When you go to an event, the app notifies you that there is someone or someones that uses the app in the event, and you can choose to send them a message so you can connect. This part is still blurry as they are still fleshing out how that will work to protect privacy but that's basically the gist of it. What do you all think.
