what would it take to start a power washing business?
I am not a business owner and never have been, but I have been involved in several small businesses and nonprofits. I think power washing is awesome and would love to have a side small business someday. Just wanted to talk to people about this idea! What are the steps to getting into the industry? Things to consider? What sets a business like pressure washing up for success or failure? I want to hear your thoughts!

Mental health during startup phase
Many here can relate. I started a business January 1, 2022, and have spent 0 waking minutes since then thinking about anything other than the business. Add to this, that I already had mental health issues before starting the business, and had just recently split with someone I was very much in love with. As a coping mechanism, rather than face my personal issues, getting healthy, etc., any time I experienced a negative emotion, I went to work mode. It has been effective to get the business running, but I now honestly cannot remember how to not think about work. That is not a lie. I try, and can’t keep my mind from going back to business, growth opportunities, future business endeavors… If anyone can relate and has overcome this, How have you gotten out of this phase? And did it hurt or benefit your business?

What options are you using for sending money overseas for manufacturing?
I have used western union in the past but recently hit their "limit" which won't let me continue sending via western union. Moneygram is an option but it only allows you to send from a personal checking account, not a business checking account. What other options are you all using to send money overseas that works for you without issues?

Person leaving bad reviews because of personal matter
Hi there I how to block a girl in my personal life recently because she is incredibly rude and manipulative. She didn't like the fact that I had blocked her so she started to leave my business negative reviews on Google. She also was applying to my customers on social media telling them that I was a horrible person and commenting on videos from my social media really horrible rude words. Obviously I deleted those comments on my social media and blocked her from all of it but what can I do about the Google review? She bought products previously and she did leave me a five-star review but then after blocking her she decided to edit it and make it a one star. It's over a personal matter but it really will affect my business and I don't appreciate it. She's trying to ruin my life and I have no clue how I can even protect myself against such a psychopath Please share tips!

I’ve always wanted to have a jewelry store.
But I don’t know where to start. Should I invest a lot on packaging and social media ads? What is the best type of silver (I’ve heard there’s Turkish and Italian, but would have to do further research) Where can I buy it in bulk or find trustworthy wholesalers? I’m honestly lost and starting to rethink if it’s actually a good idea.

How would you spend a SB loan?
Hi all! I’m working on a podcast and we’re posing a question to business owners for a series: Successful founders share their perspective on a startup funding scenario: $50,000 in funding, how do you build the framework to spend it? Any thoughts on how you would spend it? What would you look at first? How would you determine allocation? Do you pay yourself? What does your framework look like? Curious to hear different perspectives!

Help Growing Small Pet Sitting/Walking Business
Hi there! I own a fairly popular Small Pet Sitting/Walking Business and we are looking on expanding. I am trying to come up with some ideas and would appreciate anyone's help with brainstorming on the matter! I am looking into the following: 1. We use Time to Pet to run our business, and most of our inquiries come through email or on our Facebook page. We would like to automate our emails as much as possible. How would one go about this? Any suggestions on programs? 2. We use a lot of lockboxes for our recurring clients and often cannot keep track of how many we have and run out. What would be a good way of keeping an inventory so it is easily trackable? 3. We are looking into getting an office, approximately for 3-4 people, but it is so expensive! Are there any other low budget options that you know of? We arent very picky and don't need much space. That is all for now. I would appreciate any help I can get!

Business shutdown, need advice on termination fees
Hello, so my business already shut down few days ago. I canceled all the utilities bills with no issues. However, the telecom company (Verizon) wants me to pay a thousand dollars for early termination fees. It's like a 2 year bundle contract, but the name/entity attached is the business name. The business is already gone and no longer a thing. They are going to send the bills to a location that's already been cleaned out. Do I have to pay this termination bill? They say it goes to collections after a few months, but no one's name is on the "contract". Except my closed business.

Name change for a new business
I am starting a new business and already filed for a sole proprietorship, got a dba and ein. I would like to change the name now and I’m wondering if I can just file for a new dba and EIN or do I have to go for a name change. I purchased both domains so I could potentially use both. I just don’t know if this would cause any issues. Thank you.

Any advice on my website welcomed.
I was spread out across different media sites for different things: Blogs, my store, my service, and tracking rewards/raffle entries. I’ve merged all of these things into one place. Most people overlapped these groups anyways, and I wanted to be able to connect blog followers from Facebook to the same blog followers from another site, for example. I feel like I should be okay with the current website format, but it doesn’t feel quite right and I can’t figure out why. I’ve been told it seems easy to navigate at least. I would welcome any criticism over my entire site. I don’t have many people to bounce information off of at the moment. Touch everything, please! I wouldn’t know if there’s a problem without people to communicate with beyond a survey that most don’t complete. [Website link](https://www.tayloredtraining.co)
