How low could I negotiate this commercial rent given the current climate?

The rent for a place in a retail park is quoted at £10,000 p/m. Given the current climate of businesses moving to online and using warehouses and decreasing customer facing requirements what do people think I could negotiate the rent down to? It is approx 10,000 square feet, about 600 shared customer car park spaces and 5 minutes drive from the city centre / train station. Property has been on the agent's website for a month now. Thanks. Is there anything else useful that I could negotiate to be included instead of a cash reduction?

Tech giants including Apple, Microsoft, and Google, facing questions about whether they’d hand over users’ personal data to authorities pursuing evidence on abortion seekers, are bracing for the multi-state legal quagmire that will govern privacy in a post-Roe world. From map searches to private messages, a trove of information stored in the companies’ data centers could be used as a digital trail of breadcrumbs linking a patient to the termination of a pregnancy, a procedure being restricted in multiple US states, after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. The largest tech companies, which have in the past mounted high-profile legal opposition to law enforcement data requests, have been largely silent about what they’ll do in these cases. Handyman business, how do I handle buying equipment for my customers?

I have a small smart home installation business. I will do installations (smart sprinklers, light switches, thermostats, etc.) for clients who already have a piece of gear they want installed, or I am now considering going to pick up the gear at the store for my clients and install that way. When getting the gear first, I pay the sales tax. It's a retail purchase not wholesale, so I don't need to charge them tax, correct? Can I charge a markup on the gear I've purchased for their project? Is my invoice/receipt good enough for the purchase of their gear for their warranties, etc.? How should I be thinking about all of this that's best for business and so I'm not running afoul of any laws? Thanks.

Who do I pay more ?

Hi Folks. Just hired my second employee. How do you decide how much to pay them ? The second guy has more experience, the first guy is good with logos while the second one does excellent web design. The second guy had a higher demand when I employed him so I had to agree on a higher salary. So now do I increase the salary of the first guy as well ?
