Comparing myself is driving me crazy!

So guys I started a business in a very over saturated field. I follow some women on ig who have a similar business as mine my problem is I cannot stop comparing my business to theirs. It’s not a jealousy thing at all. I am sooo happy for them and wish them more success. It’s more of a sadness because they are so achieved and here I am getting visitors and trying to put my business out there. Anyone else dealing with this? Would unfollowing these women help me stop comparing myself and help me mentally?

Pay to sponser an Indeed job ad?

Anyone use them for hiring and able to comment on whether you thought paying maybe $5/day was worth it? PS: I'm not asking about reddit's job boards or any other free options. This is specific to indeed free job ads vs paid

Yikes I think I made a mistake

I started a business about 6 months ago, Have made quite a decent amount of money and everything and then am now reading and it seems I skipped every step. Do I need to register a business name? I didn’t register anything or sign up for anything. I made a Shopify store and have just been selling. What do I do??

If you could ask an accountant anything what would you want to know?

I feel like I keep posting the same info, so what do you actually care about? What would be helpful to you?

Newbee to startup company, trying to start a manufacturing business

Hello, I'm about to start a fabrication / manufacturing business LLC in Texas. I'm way too new and don't even know where to start. Quite frankly, all these paperwork and registration are overwhelming. Checklist: business plan, done. Business name search, done. Whenever y'all started, did y'all use the SCORE or SBA service? Between doing it yourself vs sign up for legalzoom or incfile, what's your advice from your experience? Is hiring a CPA and an attorney a must? How easy are to transfer all the paperwork between the website to the attorney? Any tips and advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

Passive income ideas for 100acres

I have 100acres. Thought about doing solar panels but that's virtually impossible. The way it's zoned I can do whatever I want with it. I'd like to open up a wedding venue one day, but to build a barn it'd be $20k and I just don't have that so it's going to be 10 or so years. We have 22 Christmas tree farm in the area so that's not an option. I don't want the land completely ruined what can I do with little money and little time (thus passive)

Quick question about sole proprietorships

Hi. New here and very new to business. I have a full-time job working for a high end retailer. I am also beginning to sell antiques online as a side-hustle. I have set up a Paypal business account to send invoices. My question is this: Since I used my SSN to set up the Paypal account, and listed it as a “sole proprietorship,” will my employer be notified in any way that I have a secondary stream of income, or that my SSN is connected to an alternate business of some kind?
