Between 2020 quarantine and some interstitial cystitis meds i took late 2020/early 2021, weight gain means many of my clothes dont fit and those that do are so worn out. I got a new office job recently and have a vacation coming up in september - I am reluctantly replenishing my wardrobe for work and leisure and realized im too tired and distracted to think about this. So i bought all black clothes. Im hoping this makes dressing myself easier for awhile until i feel energized enough to try harder in the dressing myself department….

no picnic

I found myself exhausted crying in the kitchen at 4am while heating formula while my wife was breast feeding our 4 weeks old girl. She cries and cries so strong like a demon at night and she sleeps no more than 2 consecutive hours and feels like a torture. If I rest my wife doesn't and viceversa. Never been so tired and anguished at the same time in my life. Yeah yeah.. of course we love her and there are beautiful times, but this is no picnic. Juan, new father.

Best/Most Used Diapers

Hey y'all I have a 8 week old (size 1) and we've officially have gone through the stash of diapers bought for us from our baby shower, so I'm open for some suggestions. Currently we have Up&Up (Target's brand), I'd say they're good for pee but a large poop causes a blowout. We had Huggies for Newborn and liked those. So what do you use? Pampers? Luvs? Honest? Cloth diapers? Do you use an online service like Dyper, or Hello Bello?

Please Tell Me Your Colic Survival Story

Hey everyone! I am looking to hear some of your stories about how you have dealt with your colicky baby. I have an 11 week old girl that screams on average 10 hours a day. We aren’t talking soft whine crying, but full blown shrieking. We love her so much but we aren’t able to enjoy anything with her. ANYTHING. Most of our day is spent in a dark room rocking trying to get her to calm down. She cries to the point of choking multiple times a day. She does have acid reflux and we have done everything under the sun to try to lessen her pain from that. We also see her doctor on a regular basis and have a few scans coming up this month to make sure it’s not anything serious. I have to go back to work soon and I can’t find anyone willing to deal with her during the day. Her last babysitter barely survived a week. I would love to hear how some of you have survived this, positive or “negative” stories welcome.

Long plane ride with a 4 and 2 year old

We have a cross country plane trip coming up with two small kids. We purchased two Kids Fire tabs back on prime day and have been keeping them in a closet since specifically for this trip. I’m having a hard time finding apps/games that are more on the two year olds level. Does any one have any tips or recommendations for what to load up on the tabs?
