Employee brings his friend in to work for free
My friend owns a pizza business in a heavy hispanic area. One of his his hispanic staff brings in a friend or maybe "cousin" to work with him for free. My friend says it's a win win all around. The 2nd guy doesn't speak English but does a lot of back room stuff. The guy being paid as an employee gets to take more breaks. And my friend gets more overall labor hours. I was thinking "That's cool, but what if you get caught"? Would it be on him as the business owner? Or do they just deport the 2nd guy who I presume is undocumented?

Dear small business owners that put time, effort and money into your SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and PPC (Pay Per Click). What are your current pain points?
Let me highlight that I don't intend on selling anything to anyone whatsoever. This is just to understand a bit better straight from the source. The question is geared towards small business owners that either do/have done SEO/PPC in house or with an Agency and don't seem to have had a good experience or get the desired outcome for your efforts/investment. Thanks in advance.
