Customer asking to buy back stock we sold 6 months ago - need some advice

We had a customer purchase 10000 units in Fall of 2020. They approached us this week to buy back 3000 ($7500 wholesale) of the pieces which they have in excess inventory and are making overtures that more orders and more business is coming. The original order was a huge rush and we incurred extra labor in order to meet the deadline. The order also depleted our inventory of key items at the time and I'm sure cost us online sales etc. Which at the time we were happy to do - but now it feels a little bit like an empty victory. Here's a few questions..... Do you buy back the inventory? If no - how do we word it? If yes - for full value? a percentage? Do you charge a restock fee? If you decide to refund all or part - do you give them a check? Issue a credit memo? The buyer is a fairly prestigious company - about 150+ employees and 25 million in revenue. We are a much smaller company 4 employees and about 750,000 in revenue. Thanks for your insight.

No "thank you" for unannounced bonus

My ecommerce business has been absolutely slammed for months on end. We just gave our employees unannounced/unexpected bonuses as a way to say thanks for all of the hard work and for sticking with us during the hectic times. We didn't do it to receive a thank you but was surprised not to get one from a newish employee whose actually being groomed for bigger thing with us. He's in the age range (mid-20's) where there can be some entitlement... but the bonus was for an entire months pay. Am I wrong to be bothered by this?

Unimployment fraud

I just received 5 pieces of mail with 5 fraudulent unemployment claims against my business. These are 5 names I’ve never heard before and names of people I have never hired (my business only has 3 employees including myself!). I do everything by the books, report employees to the employment department, pay taxes, fees, etc etc and I’m so scared this is going to do damage to my business in some way. Been calling the department for hours but only getting robots saying that they aren’t answering due to covid and to try online. But the online reporting forms aren’t working (California by the way). Anybody have insight on this? Will there be legal or financial ramifications for me?

I tried to promote website/articles/quizzes relatad to tv show, made some better money from it but still not good. Any idea what business i could create/open or how to monetize tv show accounts? Thanks :))
