Best franchise to buy California?
I have about 200,000 saved up and with a co signer will qualify for about 400,000 more. I’m wondering if anyone has a successful franchise or recommendations on easy to run businesses? Thanks!

Subcontractors
I live in Indiana and my husband is a really good professional painter w 8+ years experience, his own crew, equipment, etc . You don’t need a painters license in Indiana so we want to start our own business as subcontractors. It’s way cheaper if we start the business under my name. Does anyone know what I need in order to start this painting business. As in what insurance/work comp do I need and how would I go about just starting it .

Want to start a clothing line.
I think I have a pretty good idea for a brand however I do not know anything about how to get the clothing done. I want to start out with hoodies and tanks and some tshirts. I don’t understand the whole process of how to get the clothing one and the screen pressing of it. I know there’s a ton of websites offering to do this however I don’t know how they align with how I’d like to do the business. What I mean by that is do I tell them what I want they print it and send it to me? Do I get to pick the brand of soothing they stamp with it or do I have to physically stitch it together? Sorry if this is a dumb question I just feel like I have a great idea and do not want to let it die due to ignorance. Thanks!

No credit history - opening a small business
My wife just immigrated to the US and recently got her green card. She obviously has no credit history in the US and would like to open a personal credit card, a small business, and a small business credit card for the company (LLC). Seeing as she has no income or credit history, what is the best route to open all of the above while maximizing benefits. I can co-sign anything as my credit score is 800+, but would like her to be the main owner and primary user of everything because I have a very demanding full time job. Also, wondering if it’s worth hiring someone like legalzoom to set up the LLC or if it’s easier to just do it ourselves. Thanks for the help!!
