Confused on the order of paperwork for dissolving an LLC
Hello, I'm trying to wind down an LLC and am a bit confused on the order that paperwork needs to be filed. I see from the IRS website that I need to file Form 966, Articles of Dissolution (for the state), and then final tax returns. What is the proper order for filing this paperwork? Do I file Articles of Dissolution (to the state) simultaneously with Form 966 (to the IRS), and then just file the final tax returns after the IRS & state begin accepting 2022 returns?

Warranty’s and Instruction Manuals
I have a business importing and selling custom designed strength equipment. So far most of our business has been local and easy to manage with setup and warranty issues but we are expanding soon and will be shipping more equipment out. I want to get proper warranty documents and setup/instruction manuals drawn up. I’m struggling to find someone who can help with this. Are there freelance technical writers who typically do this type of thing? Do I need a lawyer to do the warranty’s? Any guidance would be awesome! Thanks!

How do you pick a niche / customer segment to target?
A common advice I hear is start by targeting your passions/hobbies (or w/e customer market you're in). But in my case (fitness), the thing I know most about is supposedly a very very saturated niche. In that case, can I go with my lesser hobbies and just improve my knowledge there to determine a product(s)/service(s) to market fit? I'm more interested in the strategy of business, problem solving, and executing rather than the product / niche itself.
