Hey everyone! I am a salesperson at a “gummy” candy manufacturer and am looking for a big customer who can take up most/all of our production capacity. Referral compensation

What type of financial referral compensation would your company give to those contracts secured through relationship building? My business has the potential to secure larger contracts with bigger organizations but as a first time business owner, I am unsure how to appropriately compensate an employee who may have helped us bridge that relationship. We want to incentivize it for them to help grow our business. My assumption is they would receive a percentage of the profits. What would a normal range be? Not sure if it matters the industry but we would offer medspa type services and most likely be in partnerships with other clinics, hotels, wellness settings.

First Client / Marketing Advice

Hi everyone, I recently started my own translation business that translates between the languages of Spanish, French and English. I can offer translation of most things, websites, articles, social media pages, legal documents etc. This is the first business I have started that I want to take seriously but I am quite young (23) and inexperienced. I am struggling to find clients. I have been sending emails out to YouTubers / Content Creators with not much luck and I do have a Facebook / Instagram campaign which has generated a little bit of interest but no revenue as of yet. I also advertise my services on Fiverr which is pretty saturated so I don't expect many results from that specifically. Do you guys have any advice for me in terms of getting my name out there, landing my first few clients etc. ? Thank you!
