Selling website for a crypto, is it a good idea?
I have a small e-commerce website, under $1000/month profit and I got an offer from a guy who wants to buy it and pay with crypto. It's a good offer and I am willing to sell it but I would like to check if anyone has any experience with this. Is there something I should be careful with, could I run into some legal problems or anything like that? Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks.

Thoughts on starting a business with a partner
Hey all, A coworker and I are in the early stages of planning a business together. Home inspection. We already have a ready clientele so I'm not particularly worried about making a profit. Based on North Carolina. Some questions I have: - what type of business should we incorporate as? On the state website I'm seeing LLC, Limited Partnership and Limited Liability Partnership. We're looking to share ownership equally. - in a shared business bank account, how do we legally set it up so neither of us can run off with the money, without consequences? At this time we're planning to take equal split of the profit as well as leave some for business expenses. - any other important considerations we should think about? Just to be clear, I know my business partner well and trust them. Just want to do this in a well thought out way where we both can feel there are safeguards. It will be both of our first times running a small business. Thanks

How to go about having a website built? Best paid-for web designers and coders?
Hey guys working on starting up my new business idea and of course I want a really good website to go along with it. I know there are people I can hire to make a design and template for my website but where is a good place I could hire someone to completely set up the real thing for me? If you have any ideas or past experiences please let me know. Thanks!

Woodworking business - write off questions
Hey everyone, I hope this isn’t too much of a rookie question and I apologize if it is. I formed a Single Member LLC woodworking business in August. I’ve had a half dozen sales or so in that time. I have a 9-5 so this is supplemental income for me. I have a separate business acct set up for it and I’m trying my best to make this a legit, viable business. My question is am I able to buy tools and write them off? Is my business too small to write off things? I’m happy to keep researching but I can’t find anything that’s cut and dried and straight forward enough for me to understand. Feel free to check out my Instagram @rauliwood for reference

(Wisconsin) Which county should sales tax be paid to in this situation?
I work for a steel supplier. We order steel and deliver to local businesses. Our shop is in county A and is where most of our business takes place. We have a customer that operates out of county B but has material delivered to a location in county C. Which county should the sales tax be applied in for this customer?

Seafood (raw meat) store
Thinking of starting a seafood shop. We consulted a guy who used to run the same business. He said freezing fish makes it almost impossible to cut it the way we want, often customer would get pissed if you get it wrong and won't vist again. Will installation of blast freezer help me with this? Is there a way to deal with the smell of the cut off part of the fish or just the smell of seafood in shop so it won't bother the customer?

Tax write offs
I have a buddy who is wondering he owns a lawn care company bought a mower and is financing it can he write off the whole mower or only the payments he’s made on the mower so far? I’m not well versed in taxes so I though maybe someone else would be able to give me some better information. Thanks

Saved up £5000 to start a business, but have no clue where to start.
Hi r/smallbusiness. I have saved up around £5000 to start a business with, but I have no clue what route to go down. My father said he is also willing to chip in, if I can present a robust, detailed business plan. For context: 20 years old. 3rd year university student (Business/Economics) Currently on a 9-5 (finance) internship, so working hours on this business would be around that. UK based

How does a bonus work?
I own a small service based business. Only people in the business is myself and my husband also helps but we have no employees. We are bringing in about $2,000 or so and take an owners draw of 60% a month (I believe most small businesses do). Our owners draw is typically somewhere around $1,100-1,400 monthly and our expenses around $100-250 on a high end. What do I do to determine how much of a bonus I can take? How do I calculate that? We want to take out a bonus every December. How do I account for it? Also, what is the standard percentage of an owners draw? I have heard 60% but I have also heard of higher amounts.

How to know if my LLC was approved?
Hi, I have a bit of a dumb question! I just filled out articles of organization to form an LLC (Michigan) and I am wondering if I will be emailed if it’s approved? The form only said I would be notified if something prevented it from being approved. If they don’t notify me, should I just keep searching my LLC’s name on Michigan’s business entity search until it appears? Thank you!

POS taking credit card payments for a pop up
Hey all - I'm going to be attempting a bbq popup at a local market spot in 2 weeks. I'm looking for advice as far as an easy/quick to use payment system that isn't too brutal on fees. It'd be cool if it had a interface to order off a screen/a hard terminal for ease of payment - but I think I could just do it with my phone as well for the first few events. Any advice or input? Thank you!

Funding problem
I’ve been a CNA for years and also close friend to my staffing agency. That’s why I got some ideas inside the staffing agency. I always study and read ideas on how to have my own staffing agency also studying the licensing and legal things which is not that complicated. I also have co workers that i can hire so recruiting is not a problem for me. The only problem for me is the Capital or the fund for the salary of my employees. Nursing homes pay agencies 60 or 90 day period and I dont have enough money to compensate for that 60 to 90 day period for the salary. So do you guys have any suggestions for funding or capital loans? I would love to hear any suggestions from all of you. thanks!!🙂
