IRS sent debt to collections, and I feel like it makes this more manageable?

Pretty much the title. Never mind the $7,000 I paid to one of those companies with "registered agents" who promised me that they'd put me on a payment plan and do the ACH for me. I got a letter saying they sold my debt to a collections agency, which to me seems like a much better outcome than if they had pursued a lien and/or garnished/seized my accounts. Not that I intend to stiff the collections agency, but in my personal experience and correct me if I'm wrong; They are far easier to work out a payment plan with Their options if you don't pay are to sue you in a non-criminal court IDK man I fucking hate dealing with this but it kind of felt like a relief that the IRS wasn't going to show up, audit my assets and take my bank account.

Generate single property websites within minutes

I just got the idea of building service for real estate agents to easily build single property websites within minutes. They have to insert all the information (text, images, youtube/vimeo video etc.) and got a fully functional and converting website with lead form and more. There are a few websites who already offer a service like this, but they seem very old fashioned and more like a page builder or a complete CRM. Mine should be some own designed and tested templates with a high conversion rate from a lot of testing. So the client can upload his logo or change colors. I have a lot of ideas to implement as a advance offer. Just like services for facebook/google ads, photo-/videography and so on. **What do you think? :)**

Additional insured for small bathroom remodel

I had a client reach out to me today looking for an estimate to have some very botched work fixed that another "contractor" did. She asked me if I was insured, which I am. She then asked if I were to be hired that she gets named as additional insured on my policy. Before today, I've never even heard of it, and after reading about it, it definitely doesn't seem to be something that would be smart for me to do, or seem applicable to a project of this size. Thoughts?
