Some idiot is selling non-sanctioned coupon books from our business. Advice needed.
Hello! My husband and I own a pickup/ drop off laundry business. Some idiot is selling these bogus coupon books with our logo and name. They have his phone number for service. He’s selling them a town or two over. We’re receiving calls from people who have given him clothes and not gotten them back or where he sold them a book for $40 and refuses to service them. He’s operating outside of our service area, or I would just provide service and take the coupons. Other than the Cease and Desist is there any recourse for us? He sold one of the coupon books to an off duty police officer who helped us get his name and info. Our name and logos are trademarked. ETA- my husband wants to put a statement on our website, I do not care to do this and draw more attention to this.

Where do I need to file taxes for my LLC?
I formed a single-member LLC this year that's organized in DE, but I have been living and operating the business solely in CA (it's an online software business). I know I need to pay the annual DE franchise tax for the LLC itself, but do I need to file personal income taxes in DE, or only in CA since that's where I live and run the business?

Pros and cons of looking for a job vs starting a small business
Hi. I have the opportunity to look for a job (as a developer) or start a small dropshipping business in a niche I've found. I don't know how to make up my mind and I need some help here. Any idea on key points to consider when making this decision? EDIT: I've previous experience with another dropshipping business in my country but for this occasion it would be worldwide

What titles do co-owners get in a corporation?
If you start a corporation with a partner what title does each get to make it look like we both are the owners? When you’re applying for it on a business license. They give you a few options such as officers, directors… but not the term partners on title options.

Urgent help on understanding the legalities of operating out of a leased commercial kitchen
Urgently, looking to lease a licensed commercial kitchen space to service some already existing orders I have arranged with local retailers. My entity and product "complies" with federal (FDA requirements) and state law (Houston, dshs Food manufacturing license), but I am unfamiliar with the legal documents that will establish that my business is operating out of a commercial kitchen. How does a Food Manufacturer's arrangement with a commercial kitchen generally look on paper.

Opening a food truck/stand
Hey I’m starting off new and in the process of opening a food truck/stand in the city of Seattle. I could use some advise on what to present some investors, licensing/permits, best options for a truck or stand. Google is great and all but getting feedback from small business owners directly seems a lot more real.

Anyone familiar with Simple IRA's for self employed?
Not sure if this is the right place but I have a seasonal s-corp business with employees/payroll. I recently signed up for a Simple IRA program for my employees. I haven't taken a salary yet but I plan on taking one before the end of the year. I see the Simple IRA contribution limit is $13,500 for 2021. I have other sources of income and I'm new to the simple ira but is it viable to take a salary of $13,500 from this entity and put it all in the simple ira?

Bulk non-marketing mailer needed
In need of a quality mailing service that will make sending out welcome packets to clients more easy. Just want to upload a packet and when we need to send one out to a new client we can just type the name and address and have it sent. Any one know of anything like that?
