I was about to order stickers with my logo from Sticker Mule. before I did, i checked their Terms and Conditions and was (not) shocked that they pull a shady license grab in their terms. **I don't recommend Sticker Mule if you care about your intellectual property.** From the [Terms](https://www.stickermule.com/legal/terms) on their site: >By submitting, posting or displaying content on or through Sticker Mule, the User grants a license to the Owner without territorial limits, non-exclusive, royalty-free and with **the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content** in any media or via distribution methods currently available or developed later. I'm guessing most similar sites have language like this. This language grants them the right to do pretty much whatever they want with the content you upload. **NOTE:** I am an attorney specializing in contracts. This is not legal advice.

Equipping my "home visit technician" (portable scanner/copier) - any ideas?
Just hired a second home visit technician for my line of work. Depending on the circumstance, we will send someone by car to go to the patients house to obtain a copy of their Identification/Birth Certificate/Passport/Social Security Cards, stuff like that. In some cases our patients are disabled, or have no means of transportation. So we go to their house to collect it from them. Would really appreciate some options. 6 locations (30 people) will relay the Addresses and locations to the Home Visit Techs, they will then go visit and scan/copy their stuff. The way we currently have it set up is a small copy machine in the trunk of the car, he then has to drive the information back to the locations. Is there a way to scan the documents back to a centralized email, or scan it back to the people that requested it? Trying to prevent so much back and forth with driving.

Growing pains
I have a successful handyman business, this is my 5th year. I was solo up until last year and hired 4 people this year. Now I'm at the point where I need vehicles and I need an assistant and things like that. I'm also at the transitionary phase where I have to step back and manage my company, run books, write estimates, invoice etc et Al. Does anybody have any advice on how I can move forward without borrowing money? I'm pretty well good at managing my finances but getting that extra step seems that I'm going to have to borrow money, but my business is 100% debt-free: I own everything for my business. I started out with $5 worth of dollar tree tools and this year my business grossed $250k and on track for $300+ next year. Not to say I'm unwilling, but I love my autonomy and freedom from monthly payments to a bank. Also a bankruptcy a few years ago us a blight on my record. I'm out of it thank God but it's still there. So I'm kinda stuck. Thanks in advance for anything you can share!
