The workforce narrative is bullshit.
Everyone post pandemic wants to blame business owners for the divide in the country. I'm a millennial trying to change the baby boomer way of conducting business. I pay living wages and am flexible and understanding and still my employees won't show up. Please see my post history in r/antiwork. I feel used and abused for trying to provide for my family and have a career. Is anyone else losing their mind about people just giving up?

Considerations for Salary Reduction
I own and operate an S-Corp as the manager and sole employee. I've just taken a full-time job elsewhere, but will still be operating my business part-time. Because of the resulting reduction of revenue, I need to reduce my salary and just want to make sure I'm aware of any and all red flags with such a change (I've reached out to my accountant with the question, but they're borderline useless and never got back to me). Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Business Credit Card
I just created my LLC, got my EIN, so now I'm opening my business credit card. The credit union I bank at said that I need to be in business 2 years before they issue a business credit card. Is this normal? Anyone know of a major credit card company that will issue one sooner? I was also thinking as an alternative that I could just open a separate personal credit card to use for only business expenses and then pay the balance from the business checking account. Would that cause any issues with tax filing? I am in the U.S. and I intend to operate as an S corporation. Thanks!

What to do if your job has become too big of a part of your identity: - Free up time by delegating what you can. - Start with small new hobbies. - Rebuild your network. - Think about what you value. - Look beyond your job title. https://t.co/eGE94xCnWR

Can I deduct business expenses on taxes with only a DBA? (trade cert here in AZ)
I had a sole proprietorship that I deducted expenses for on taxes years ago, but it was another state and a long time ago. Thanks!

CRM to help with reorders from inconsistent clients?
I'm looking to upgrade my Excel sheet to a CRM, but am looking for some specific features in regards to managing our current accounts. I'd say 30% of our clients will not place a reorder with us unless we reach out to them with a reminder call/email. It's hard to stay on top of them all! Is there a CRM that would allow me to create alerts for specific accounts based on their order frequency? Ex: if based on their sales data they need inventory every 14 days, I would like to set a alert that repeats every 2 weeks as a reminder for me to reach out. TIA!

Is it possible to start an investment small business?
Not sure if investment “firm” is the best word since it would just be me but I’ve been thinking I want to start my own business and place all my investments into it. Could anyone give me advice? I’m thinking the benefits are for tax purposes it will be under my business instead of my personal but that’s about it.

Where could you sell your products?
Lets say you make home made candles and/or soaps ***AND*** wants to see if your products will be liked by people and sell **BUT** you dont have a website or an amazon sellers account to sell it on... **where would you sell your products online or elsewhere?** Is there a platform you can sell your products and complete payment transactions - and mail the product to the costumer? I would like to reach everyone not just local costumers. Instagram?
