A month ago I ran a 50k race around Red Rock & had a great time. My goals were to not get injured & to comport myself with dignity (i.e. have enough energy to be friendly with folks while I ran & generally have a good time). The race was a success on both fronts… https://t.co/6s45qA1PR4

I was quite sore for a week but definitely not injured and I had a really good time running with all kinds of nice folks. In fact, that was probably the highlight. I’m definitely never going to be a real runner, but it’s been super fun to dabble a bit.
