Yoga class versus practicing at home…
I’ve practiced yoga semi-regularly from a pretty young age. I used to attend yoga classes at my fitness club when I was younger and took what I learned in class with me to college and so on afterwards. These days I practice at home to relieve mental and physical stress. It works for me, but I’ve always wondered if I was missing out by going to a regular yoga class. I live in a HCOL area and memberships rates are quite expensive (>$100/mo). I’m looking for some insight from people who pay/ have paid similar rates for yoga classes. What makes it worth it to you? I’m heavily favoring practicing on my own because I can’t imagine feeling as though guidance and socialization is worth biting the bullet of membership fees. With that said, does anyone have any advice for expanding home practice? Thanks in advance for your input!

Can yoga help me with this?
Hi guys I wanted answers on a specific problem Im having regarding my pelvis. Everytime I do any sort of hip hinge. - Touching toes - Deadlifts - RDL - Sitting on ass with legs straight I can’t keep my pelvis neutral, now naturally you would assume it’s hamstring but I’ve tried stretching them previously but nothing improves or gets better like my pelvis goes into a posterior tilt and lower back sticks out. Would yoga be able to fix this?

Yoga with Kassandra-esque recommendations please!
I've been practicing Yoga with Kassandra for two.5 years now. I really enjoy her non-yin videos the most, and I just super vibe with how she guides her session along/how many cues she provides and how calming she is to just follow along with. I would like to add some spiceeee to my yoga routine, but I've tried a bunch of other channels and can't even get through a whole video before putting Kassandra back on. Looking for recommendations to other channels that are maybe SIMILAR in vibes/practice to Kassandra (please don't say Adriene. I know everyone loves her, and no hate, but I've tried so many times and I just can't vibe plus I don't see the similarities at all/wouldn't recommend her based on Kassandra). TL;DR Need suggestions based on Kassandra's flow style. Preferably non-yin and yes, I've already tried Adrienne.

Knee Pain in Head-to-Knee (and other similar poses)
After reading this [enlightening](https://www.reddit.com/r/yoga/comments/d7j4wx/tight_hamstrings_cant_touch_your_toes_theres_no/) post on tight hamstrings, I've started taking more notice of what's happening in my body in certain poses. And in many of them — such as head-to-knee or any other pose that requires bending over straight legs — I feel more of a stretch under my knee or calf. But hardly anything in actual hamstrings. In that post, the advice was to bend the knees and find the sweet spot in pails and rails. Is it also true for head-and-knees? I can't bend too much over my leg without curving my back, so maybe that's the reason for no sensation in hamstrings? Any help greatly appreciated!
