New Moons Are Ready! (Round 36)
This distribution of Moons has been finalized, and Moons are being delivered to users with a registered Vault. Users who do not have a Vault yet will get their Moons when they create one through the Reddit app. This distribution is based on karma earned from 2023-01-18 to 2023-02-14. [Here](https://reddit-meta-production.s3.amazonaws.com/distribution/publish/CryptoCurrency/round_36_finalized.csv) is the finalized list, with contribution scores signed by Reddit. Moons are r/CryptoCurrency's form of [Community Points](https://reddit.com/community-points), a way for users to be rewarded for their contributions to the subreddit, and they can be used on premium features in the community.

Moon/Karma ratio is 1.98
The moon/karma ratio is much higher than expected. The ratio was expected to be 0.9228 but instead it’s over twice as much. Congratulations to every one with your moons. According to mods, karma cap is 10,975 and was reached by 11 users. Each maxer will receive at least 10,128.0 moons according to this proposal today. The highest selling price for Moons during this period was $0.2696 on 15th of February. This is truly fantastic and it's amazing, that you can earn this amount of money, by simply being active in this community. Congratulations to the 11 users that maxed out this period.

Seeking tips to identify valuable new cryptocurrencies
Hi, Cryptocurrency community! My co-worker recently invested in a new crypto called MilkAI and suggested that I do the same. However, before investing my hard-earned money, I want to do some research and gather some opinions from the community. So, what factors should I consider before investing in any new cryptocurrency? Are there any tips or checklists that you could share to help me identify valuable new coins to invest in? I appreciate any insights or advice you can provide. Thank you in advance!

Never Tell How Much You Have To People
It's generally not a good idea to share information about your savings with strangers. Because doing so can make you a target for scams, fraud, and even theft. If someone knows how much money you have, you will be always a target. I wanted to tell this because bullrun is yet to come and if you get rich one day, don’t tell anyone, except maybe your family. People can ask you to give them money, they can even go for much worse stuff to get your money. Even your family can be dangerous. Greed changes people. Be careful.

Making over 10k moons in a month!
I looked at the latest distribution of moons and seen the list “karma” some people maxed out at 10975, is this the amount of moons those individuals received? If so how the hell did they get so much and why is it maxed at that amount? I got just under 100 but I’m not too active on this subreddit, when I seen such ridiculous amounts being handed out it’s certainly making me want to be more active. If people could make so many moons just for shit posting on a Reddit, is there really any future in it other than a cool gimic for this subreddit. I love the idea behind and it’s certainly making me lurk and come more often to this subreddit but I’m unsure if it will ever have any value to it. As I said I am a bit of a lurker and certainly pretty new to the whole crypto scene, I need to do a lot of learning before I fully understand it all so sorry if this is pretty basic questions, just trying to understand everyone’s views on it.
