Bear markets end just as unexpectedly as bull runs. We will be months past the bottom when the experts will say "the bull is back"
Remember how since November until March the experts couldn't see eye to eye on a simple question β are we in a bull market or bear market? Some noticed we were steadily going down. Others highlighted the fact that BTC was "chilling at 40k" and propheted the third peak. **The thing about terminology is that it's descriptive, not predictive.** Bear market is a prolonged decline in prices of more than 20% (that's for the stock market, crypto is more volatile so crypto bear is about double that). Only after 4 months of steady decline, when BTC just kept falling, the experts had their simultaneois DiCaprio moment β there, we're in the bear market. **Guess what, now it will take about 4 months of steady growth before these same experts will tell you it's the bull market again.** Needless to say the prices will be way past the bottom and back to Septemberish levels. Time to buy is generally *before* we're officially in the bull market.

Whenever I go to a shop or business, I ask them if they take bitcoin. Everyone should do it
If they say no, I tell them they could save on card company's cut on every transaction and it would help them be more competitive with pricing. If they seem interested, I recommend [BTCPay Server](https://btcpayserver.org/). It's a simple way of raising awareness. Do your part.

Crypto doesn't have a status quo. Expect coins to start dying left and right before the next bull comes.
It's about time we start seeing previously popular coins start losing their value, which they will never recover, even when the next bull comes. Be vigilant and remember what happened last time. Some coins are gonna die slower, bleeding out over years and never seeing their former glory, and I fully think that's what'll happen to a few of the popular coins. Now I won't name which, 'cause I don't wanna annoy fanboys, but most of the ones that were featured heavily in this sub are a good example. Be careful, and remember that most of the time BTC and ETH are the way to go if you wanna play it safe.

Will a Housing Crash Cause Money to Flow Out of Crypto?
I'm curious to hear your guys thoughts on this, if the housing market crashed would we see a big outflow of money from crypto from Millenials and Gen Z looking to scrape together all the money they can for a downpayment or a house purchase? Now obviously crypto is down big right now and I know around here there's the sentiment you haven't lost until you sold, and obviously a lot of people are sitting at a loss right now, but if housing prices crashed do you think we'd see young people cashing out their portfolios at a loss to put together all the money they could to purchase a home? Also do you think housing will even crash? I see some experts predicting housing will fall 20% to 40% however many others are saying the best case scenario is a plateau.
