DISENCHANTED - 60ml/2oz Los Muertos Dry Gin - 15ml/0.5oz Tawny Port Wine - 20ml/0.66oz Orgeat - 20ml/0.66oz Lime Juice - Several slices of Sweet Pointed Pepper - - - - - HOW: Muddle Pepper with Lime Juice and Orgeat / Add Gin and Port wine / Shake all with ice cubes / Double strain over crushed ice / Garnish. - - - - - Time to dive in some great palatal pleasure! Mixing some vegetal flavors and some Port wine in an 'Army & Navy' meets 'Gimlet' template, all based on Los Muertos Mexican Dry Gin, which was part of the European Craft Club box. Flavors came together pretty beautifully: fresh pepper in combination with Almond and Grapes truly demanded some attention, but in the good way.
