Out with the old 'beauty' sleep in with the new?🏋️💤 According to new research from the Universe of Chicago, a team investigated how sleep interacts with obesity and sleeping for an extra hour each night can help people drop around an extra 270 calories off their daily diet. To put this into perspective, that is the equivalent of three chocolate biscuits and over three years... this could amount to a total loss of 26lb!! During the study, they found that young, overweight adults aged 21-40 who habitually slept fewer than 6.5 hours a night were able to add an extra 1.2 hours per night. Any extra excuse for catching some Zzz's is cool with me😴

Cyber-flashing is when a person is sent an unsolicited sexual image on their mobile device by an unknown person online through social media, messaging or even airdropping. Currently, there is no law which addresses cyber-flashing in England and Wales, despite the act being made illegal in Scotland around 12 years ago. The move intends to reflect penalties for indecent exposure in public, cyber-flashing is set to be included in the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Explaining the offence of indecent exposure, Sean Caulfield, criminal solicitor at Hodge Jones & Allen, told MailOnline: "The prosecution would need to prove someone intended to expose their genitals, and that they did so intending to cause alarm and distress. It can apply to anyone, whether the victim is a stranger or someone they know." About time they took action on this.

The film will compete in the best visual effects category alongside fellow Marvel blockbuster Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
