TikToker Ruthie Kerr came face-to-face with someone who looked so much like 40-year-old actor Seth Rogen, that according to one viewer, the policeman looks even more like Rogen than the actor himself 😂 The poor policeman - or perhaps Seth Rogen in disguise getting ready for a secret movie shoot - was spotted at the Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop in central Manchester. The video shows him being spotted by the TikToker, who eagerly begins to address him as 'Officer Rogen'.
