the discussion around who is "OG" depends entirely around drawing a personal arbitrary line as the "beginning"... traditional art > digital art > cryptoart i would instead focus on who is pushing things FORWARD instead of drawing imaginary lines in the past...

something off about an artist trying to get me to accept a free piece, so they can later on market that I'm a 1/1 collector of theirs...just doesn't sit right with me. I love airdrops and good vibes gifts, but I don't love when I feel like I'm being used as a disingenuous ad.

this happened a few months ago when an artist asked me to accept one of their 1/1s I reluctantly said "sure, send it to my vault wallet" even though the vibes were off twice a day after, they were tweeting the piece and that I was a collector of their art I had to block them
