Some images age well and feel rather timeless. others feel, well old. This one being the latter to me. I took it during my first Iceland trip in 2018. I didn’t even know the location when we drove there. I was just fascinated by the mountains in the back and figured I could fly the drone. When I noticed the design of the bridge I had to take that image. I don’t remember that spot being famous back then. But that changed soon. This partly plays into the fact of it feeling ‘old’ to me. But also the edit is a different approach than I would do nowadays. Also the composition with a large area just sky, would be something I would do differently. Thinking I could do better now. All these things made me reluctant to even repost.
