What are the open access software available to understand if celestial bodies are in an alignment in a particular date and time ?

Hi, Related to recent Turkey-Syria earthquake, I heard claims regarding the relation between planetary alignment and earthquake triggering. I would like to research more about this. But I couldn't find a tool where I can check whether the planets/moon are in an alignment in the given date and time or not. Is there any open access software or libraries which helps me to understand this for a specific date and time (Past and future)?
