What more could be done

Hey everyone I'm in 12th grade and i wanted to pursue aerospace engineering/astronomy or CS as I want to be an astronaut or scientist related to space tech Someone told me in my chance me that i need to do more extracurricular activities for Aerospace engineering like research or internships for my college application . I love space tech but We don't have any internships for school students in my country. Can anyone tell me some good internships/summer programs ,how to conduct a research or even some projects which i can do on my own in aerospace or something in engineering of that sort ???
