Saturn’s moon Mimas showcases its striking similarity to the Death Star. Since Mimas' appearance wasn't known at the time of development for Star Wars, the uncanny similarity is completely coincidental.

Talk about a throwback! 175 years ago this week, astronomers discovered Neptune. Since then, several NASA missions have observed the eighth planet from our Sun. https://t.co/lOtWeQkp4z

How will space logistics and interplanetary supply chains look like in the future?
I imagine in the years and decades to come effective interplanetary supply chains will be a necessity for successful long-term exploration and colonization. How vital of a role do you think logistics and supply chain management will play for future missions to Mars or other colonization and commercial efforts in space? Do you believe there will be a bustling new supply chain frontier?

Bright Arcturus, pale yellow-orange, shines ever lower in the west-northwest at nightfall. The narrow kite shape of its constellation, Bootes, extends two fists at arm's length to Arcturus's upper right. Arcturus is where the kite's tail is tied on. https://t.co/soCq9ENSEF https://t.co/zJQovibUtL

physics teacher gave me 1 minute to tell him how astronomy was interesting
first time here Alright so 2 days ago I had a interview with my physics teacher to become the head of a science club in school and he asked me a question that has been bugging me since and I literally think of it in my sleep He told me "You have one minute to convince me how astronomy is interesting" and I was clueless :/. I told him that dont you ever question how this universe is there, or how it happend and he was like " no I have a easy life I dont want to think like that" LIKE????? HOW DO U WANTME TO CONVICE YOU I am not much of astronomy maniac but I do have my interest in it and thats why I applied. How do you think I should have answered? because I literally cant get it out of my head
