Crow pose advice?
I want to be able to hold it for longer, or have better form with higher legs. Any advice?

I recently had covid(a month ago) , I took a break from yoga and pranayama. This mornjng, I was practicing, kapalabhathi exercise and now I had a strange smell in my breath. It wasn't regular bad breath. Can anyone think of what can explain this?

Peloton mat
Does anyone use the Peloton mat as your yoga mat? Do you practice on the red or black side?

More flexible than strong, how do I get better at inversions?
While I hardly practice intentionally doing handstands, I've been doing a lot more yoga. I don't really find it fun and not relaxing but more for fitness (unless I do Yin) Anyway, I was able to do crow pose and scale pose, and most recently flying pigeon (not fully, with the legs (wings) spread). This is after two or three classes a week for nearly 18 months (I did yoga irregularly before this). Headstands and tripod inversions have me frazzled, though I can do a shoulder stand but that's easier.

Crow Pose with Birth Control Arm Implant
I’m sure this is a very niche question, but does anyone have a birth control arm implant (Nexplanon, etc) and not really know how to practice crow? I’ve been trying to get my crow but I find myself doing incorrect form bc I get a little freaked out at the idea of balancing my legs where the implant is. I’m balancing my legs on my forearms instead of my triceps and I don’t know how to evolve past that. Thank you!
