Do I have any options besides trying my best to move away?
There's two guys that regularly come to my yoga classes (I'm just a student) who smell horrible. I don't know if it's their natural body odor, has to do with their job, or simply poor hygiene but they smell terrible and I'm not exaggerating when I say that half the time I smell them before I see them (I come early and they usually take spots behind me). It has gotten to the point that I've pretty much calibrated how far away I need to be so that their odor isn't noticeable (about 12 ft). Several times I've just picked up my mat and moved when they happen to pick a spot too close to me but that's just not an option sometimes when spots are limited. I've been thinking of saying something to the studio manager who I know fairly well but haven't yet because I'm worried it might be rude, I'm just getting sick of it though and at this point I'm honestly curious if they work with animals or something to smell so bad. FWIW I'm also a guy.

Clogged sweat glands from hot yoga- advice?
I started hot yoga about 4 months ago and love what it’s done for my practice. However, I keep getting painful cysts in my armpits from clogged sweat glands. I’ve tried not using anti-perspirant, different natural deodorants, and even no deodorant. Nothing seems to help. They usually resolve in a day or two, so it’s not severe but it still sucks. Has anyone else experienced this or found solutions? Thanks, yogis!

Doing Yoga for swollen ankle and is it safe to do so?
I hurt my ankle in a wrestling class a few days ago. At the time it hurt a lot and I was limping for a couple of days. ​ Right now I can walk about, but it's swollen a good bit. I bought a bunch of zinc and magnesium supplements as well as apples and bananas. ​ Is it safe to do Yoga practices at home and would this also help with the swelling?

Stretching routine

Like the flows but not stretching
Hi, I have been practicing yoga for few years now and finally decided to do my 200 YTT. The class is too good. But, I realized something about myself during the training. The training involves stretching different part of your body each day. For eg. one day it is hip opener, another day it is arm strength, next is back strength and flexibility, core strength etc. etc. I am not enjoying the focused body part stretches somehow. I feel tired and dont want to do it again. I really enjoy when we work on the flows and they keep going on in my mind. Is there something I should change to start liking these classes also?

Getting high before yoga?
I've been practicing for many years but the last 4 years or so I've started smoking a good sativa hybrid right before class that takes my practice to the next level. I feel like I am able to push through the stickiness of certain poses and the discomfort of holding others. I also enjoy losing myself in the flow, especially if I am familiar with the teacher's sequences. Does anyone else get high before yoga class? I'm curious about other people's experiences.

Wrist pain & hands slipping on mat
I’ve been practicing off an on over the past two years but am trying to stay consistent now. Ever since I first started yoga, I’ve had issues with wrist pain and my hands slipping. I looking for recommendations/resources for wrist strengthening exercises, better yoga mats (I’m currently using the cheaper ones), and yoga gloves, or anything that has helped anyone else with these issues. Thanks!
