Is infrared heat worth switching studios?
My current yoga studio is awesome, however, they often cancel classes . I pay 80 dollars per month fee. They have traditional heat . Yesterday, they canceled a class and I went to a different yoga studio for the first time. I enjoyed the room . Asked them about it and they said it’s heated from infrared heat. Their membership cost 167 per month but they have more classes as well. Is it worth it? Here is something from their page What is so special about infrared heat? It’s a type of heat without humidity that warms you from the inside out. Benefits include pain relief, collagen production, increased range of motion, boosted metabolism, reduces cellulite, increases blood circulation, nourishes damaged tissue, releases toxins & helps you sleep better!

Is it OK to sit in a W-shaped position instead of cross-legged?
If I sit in a cross-legged position for more than 2 minutes, I start feeling pain all over my knees and my feet go numb. So I have to pause the practice every time so I move my feet to allow the blood flow. It gets really annoying. Usually when I sit on the floor, I sit in a W-shaped position. Google it if you don’t know what I’m talking about. It’s the most comfortable and familiar to me. Many people find it weird how I sit, they even tell me to stop sitting like that because it makes them uncomfortable. But my dad knows how to sit like that, also my 2 other sisters. We are very used to this position. So is it fine if I just avoid cross-legged and sit in a W shape while doing my yoga/meditation practice?

How much would you pay to do yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) - Live with a teacher online (like in zoom) in a small class of 10-15 people. Classes for beginners will be different from classes for intermediate and advance folks. You can do it anytime - morning or evening and there will always be a class for you. Also planning to launch yoga nidra, classes for pain management.
