Yoga frequency question
How long have you been practicing and what’s your approach in terms of frequency? Daily, weekly, on a schedule or when you feel like it? Something else? I like doing 1-2 hours a day for a week or so until I blow out and need to take a couple days off to rest and recover. Curious - what’s your rhythm?
