How to do yoga when you are really sweating a lot?
This is a real issue for me, when it's hot i sweat really a lot: i bought a new (even expensive) mat and it slowly becomes a lake, i slip, i can't grab any part of my body because it just slips away.. This really makes me want to stop doing yoga for all the summer, it's just a way worst experience.

Recommendations for a 20 min morning yoga sequence that covers all muscle groups? Maybe astanga?
I carve out 20-30 mins for yoga every morning and usually watch one of yoga with Adrienne’s videos to guide me. For me, i use this practice to stretch and strengthen and keeping to a shorter time frame means I’m more likely to remain consistent. My issue is that I choose YWA videos somewhat randomly (shuffle) and sometimes I don’t get as much out of them because I feel like it’s too focussed on one muscle group. I’ve been reading up on Astanga recently and learned that it’s a pre-defined set of sequences that you repeat. And that it intentionally covers all muscle groups. All the videos I’ve seen on YouTube with astanga sequences are about an hour long. Which won’t fit my morning slot. Wondering if any of you know of a version of the sequence I could do in my 20 minute morning flows? Or if there are other 20-minute morning flow yogis out there, what kind of routine do you like?

Does '' earthing '' or walking barefoot work on the entire energy system?
Hello , i go barefoot and do ''earthing '' alot and it help me to reduce my inflammation in my body but i have a question about this: In yoga root chakra is associate with the earth ,is it the only chakra responsible for collecting energy from the earth or all chakras work with it and it has effect on the entire energy system ? Also im afraid to do earthing too much and create unbalance from a too powerfull root chakra or there is nothing to worry about ? Thx
