[COMP] at 54, after many years of distance running, I was extremely inflexible and was encouraged to try yoga. Now 74, I am more flexible than I was in my 20s.

Hi everyone. I feel like I am way overthinking things when it comes to sequencing. Can you take a look at my class plan? Link inside :)

I am a new teacher as of last year around this time, and I've only taught a few classes here and there. In general no complaints from anyone but I definitely get too in my head when it comes to my classes. This sequence (my intention) is an open level 60 minute class outdoors. The weather will be 75 degrees about. The link will be below. The focus since it is an 830 am class is lower back and body mobility. I want it to be accessible but also offer options for modifying or adding on. If you look at my sequence, you might notice it is set up like a ladder, and the peak we can say is fallen triangle. Is this... too many poses? Too easy or advanced for open level? It looks like a lot of poses but a lot of them are variations. Ahh! Thank you. :) \---------------[https://www.tummee.com/yoga-sequence/Sc48A](https://www.tummee.com/yoga-sequence/Sc48A)\-----------------------
