Yoga that won't hurt my wrist?

I broke my wrist about 3 weeks ago, had surgery a week later, and a week after that had the splint taken off and I have somewhat "full use" of it again (although there is pain doing chores, and randomly throughout the day, I also have a wear a brace at night so I don't bend it in my sleep). I'd like to start encorporating yoga back into my daily routine, but I realized how many poses require full use of your hands/arms. Any advice for someone in between a beginner and medium experience?

The narrative of a powerful class lies not just in the postures, but also in the progression. Here's how to honor those in-between moments. https://t.co/XosdmxHQPJ

Nothing like a good moving meditation. From someone who used to suffer from limited shoulder mobility after years of pitching, I’m really proud of the improvement!

pain underneath my heal. any help??

So i have practiced yoga for many years on and off from once a week to almost every day. This last week i have gotten a sharp sting underneath my heal everytime i do foward fold (or strech my hamstrings and the back of my legs) it does not hurt, but it is very uncomfortable, it feels like maybe a tendon is getting pinched or overly streched. Has this happened to any of you before?? And if so do you have any advice? Is it best to take a break from foward fold or should i keep trying to strech? When i hold my strech for a while the sensation slowly dissappears, but it comes back quickly again the next time my hamstrings are streched the least I am afraid to overwork my legs and that it will eventually became an injury
